Vicki Ma Vicki Ma 

Vicki is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Sports Dietitian graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is the Founding Director of Eat for Wellness, a private practice based in Melbourne.

Vicki has a special interest in weight loss management and have helped many individuals achieve their health and well-being goals. Her other areas of expertise include Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Food Intolerance and Heart Health.

Vicki’s interest in food developed at a young age. With a father as a chef, she spent majority of her time in the kitchen. She loves cooking, experimenting with new foods, developing recipes and motivating others to eat well and stay well.

Vicki believes that healthy eating is not about dieting or depriving yourself of your favourite foods – it is more about eating everything in moderation.

Victoria Laios

Victoria is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University. She has joined the team at Eat for Wellness, as a private practice Dietitian.

Victoria has a special interest in Diabetes and Healthy Eating for weight loss. She has worked  in the corporate and hospital settings and helped many individuals to improve their well-being. Her other areas of experience include: Heart Health, Aged Care nutrition, Insulin Resistance and Food Intolerances.

Victoria always wanted to pursue a career as a Dietitian, due to her underlying passion for nutrition and staying well. Through her cultural heritage, Victoria has also grown up to love and enjoy food. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys baking, playing netball and travelling.
